Selected Experience

A record of projects spanning luxury residential renovation, historic preservation, and high-end interior execution across New York City.

Residential Kitchen & Bath Renovations

Manhattan (Upper West Side, Central Park South, Flatiron)

The Objective:

Full-cycle technical upgrades for high-spec wet zones across multiple luxury NYC residences, involving complete replacement of aging MEP infrastructure to support modern high-performance appliances and complex multi-fixture layouts.

My Role:

Managed the installation of custom millwork and stone surfaces with zero-tolerance alignment across material junctions. Oversaw critical sub-surface work including self-leveling floor remediation and 24-hour hydrostatic flood testing. Coordinated all regulatory inspections for gas piping and plumbing rough-in to meet NYC building codes prior to finish application.

Historic Brownstone Modernization

Brooklyn

The Objective:

Structural merger and full-cycle renovation of two independent Brooklyn townhouses into a single high-performance family residence, joining two landmarked buildings while installing modern luxury infrastructure throughout.

My Role:

Oversaw structural unification of the building envelopes including a new steel skeleton and alignment of disparate floor levels. Coordinated MEP systems and an elevator core within the historic volumes while directing installation of premium finishes. Led bid leveling and negotiation across all specialty trades, identifying drawing inconsistencies early to eliminate field errors and protect the project budget.

High-End Pre-Construction & Execution

Manhattan (Upper West Side)

The Objective:

Strategic oversight for new luxury developments ranging from 5 to 35 stories, focused on converting complex design sets into buildable site operations while mitigating technical and financial risks at the transition to active construction.

My Role:

Resolved design inconsistencies across architectural, structural, and MEP sets to eliminate field errors during high-velocity construction phases. Executed value engineering to align budgets with design intent and managed procurement of long-lead building systems. Directed on-site logistics and trade sequencing to maintain schedule and quality standards throughout.

High-End Interior Rehabilitation

Manhattan (Central Park South)

The Objective:

Multi-unit interior transformation of luxury residences within an occupied 17-story Manhattan tower, requiring a highly coordinated logistical approach to meet aggressive turnover targets while maintaining building operations for existing residents.

My Role:

Managed concurrent build-out of multiple units, overseeing precision installation of custom millwork, stone surfaces, and premium flooring integrated with new mechanical and smart home systems. Directed all interior trades while managing site-specific constraints including utility shutdowns and noise control. Conducted final technical walkthroughs for every unit to verify craftsmanship and infrastructure met occupancy standards.
