Rajvee's Story

I've spent over a decade working at the intersection of architecture and construction and what draws me to this work is the moment a homeowner finally understands what's possible in their own space. My background spans high-end architectural design and hands-on construction management, giving me a perspective that bridges the gap between how something should look and how it actually gets built.

My career began in high-end architectural design, where I built a foundation in space planning, technical detailing, and material selection. Moving into construction management deepened that foundation, bringing real-world experience in permitting, contractor coordination, site logistics, and the hundred small decisions that determine whether a beautiful design actually comes to life the way it was intended. That dual background, combining design thinking with construction reality, continues to shape my work today as a Project Manager at New Wave Design and Contracting Corp., where I oversee high-end residential projects across New York.
